0.38 Fixes, tweaks and 1.21.1
Increasing the major version because of the internal changes to support 1.21.1
I will now use a gradle plugin to ease the task of publishing versions
1.21.1 support
Charged wing gust gives the wind charged effect
Maybe a little more buggy than 1.20.1 version for now
Glass skeleton
Now inflicts glass shards to the mob that killed it (if the mob is hostile and not using any tool/weapon)
Sentient rift
Now inflicts weakness for 1 second if touched
Glass shards can now affect some undead (with less efficiency)
Skeletons are immune
Mobs from Alex's mobs and Born in Chaos can now spawn in the desert
(even if biome change is disabled)

Improved performance
Some items now stack when nearby (in a desert) to improve performance

Fixed Dynamic Trees’ seeds not being usable for the wand of grass
Improved desert sand’s performance by checking for the biome the block is in only
The desert can now remove leaves when filling up
The desert now stops drying water near oceans, this prevents some ugly sand barriers from forming (not all, but most of them)
Fixed a bug where weathered sandstone was only forming some spikes most of the time
Fixed a bug where unstable desert sand was disappearing near biomes like taiga, creating holes
Added an option to limit the wind gust’s pushing (wind gust do not longer push creative players)
The wind gust now use velocity to move entities
That should not change things too munch
Added the welwitschia as an experimental plant
