Fixes a crash on second world load / reload / new world. Support forge on 1.20, still no brokentools on forge.

Literally the same jar as 2.3.0 except with the mixins required for unbreaking tools removed from the fabric.mod.json. Should run on every platform, but marked as forge because it doesn't have unbreaking tools. (compat listing)
Runs on forge with connector and forgified fabric api.

Ported to "QFAPI", i.e, FAPI via the deprecated modules of a QFAPI dependency, still on the quilt toolchain.
Basically, the mod loads on fabric now, and maybe forge via FFAPI+Connector.
The required changes were pretty minor because we weren't using any special QSL bits. So, good time overall.
