Vertical Fences

Semi-self explanatory resource pack, this changes the fence model to have a vertical post! And it does it without any new textures, so it should work with any modded fences that reference the vanilla model, and any resource pack that changes plank textures! In addition, this also tweaks the base railing model of Architect's Palette to be vertical too!
