Bow Load Indicator

Just two small changes, mainly just fully releasing the changes from Version 2.1 [beta]

Changes:

• Removed useless bow_pulling_1.png~ and bow_pulling_2.png~ files

Added new textures for crossbows and made a small change.

• Added new textures for all crossbow textures to give them a similar system to the loading indicator for bows. The edited files are:
  • crossbow_arrow.png

  • crossbow_standby.png
• Made a small change to pack.png

Final changes before release

Changes:

• Changed all (4) bow textures to make the different colors easier to see (made area for the color larger)
• Added pack.png

Fixed issue causing the pack to not work correctly and made some other changes.

Changes:

• Reordered assets and minecraft folders (minecraft -> assets -> assets -> minecraft)
• Renamed items texture folder to item
• Deleted unused bow.png~, bow_pulling_0.png~, bow_pulling_1.png~, and bow_pulling_2.png~ files from item folder
