Permissions

simplechatfilter.commands - Used to run anything followed by /simpleChatFilter
simplechatfilter.reload - for reloading
simplechatfilter.clearchat - to clear chat
simplechatfilter.lockchat - to lock or unlock chat
simplechatfilter.bypass - to bypass chat lock
