Large Update!

• Now removes the narrator information from the accessibility screen
• Now prevents the onboarding accessibility screen from opening
• Used the Narrator's logger instead of making our own
• Update Fabric Loom and Gradle
• Updated my dev env to 1.21.5
• Renamed NarratorYeeter to NarratorYeeterMixin

Update to 1.21.4, Have narrator mixin only run on the client
