Some love for 1.19.4! Key points: Conditional registration, short doors, and more.

  • Added a new feature: Short Doors. Those doors are only 1 block tall.
    • Create by putting doors in stonecutter to produce two short doors. If Woodworks is installed, sawmill is used for wooden doors.
    • Mobs can interact with them. Baby mobs can easily fit through them while adults can't unless the short door has 1 block high open space above it.
    • During the day, villagers leave the top half open. During the night, villagers will close both halves.
    • Those mods are not currently supported:
      • Chipped
      • Macaw's Doors
      • ManyIdeas Doors

  • Backported short doors, supports almost every mod compat except for Chipped, Macaw's Doors, and ManyIdeas Doors. Compats are based on mod version 2.3.1 from 1.19.2.
    • Has the same functionality as it did in 1.19.2.
    • Mobs can open them. If two short doors are stacked together, villagers will open both halves. The top half is left open during the day but closed during the night.
    • Also supports legacy Enlightened End doors and legacy Windswept's Golden doors.
    • Unlike 1.19.2-2.3.2, stonecutter is used to create short doors.
  • Added mod support for Create Misc & Things.
  • Added more Prehistoric Fauna doors, both tall and short in the event that Prehistoric Fauna gets ported to 1.18.2.
  • Increased the minimum required Forge version to 40.2.0 to ensure stability.
  • (2.3.1_1) Fixed potential crash for short lead doors.

Short doors are here!

From 2.3.4:

  • When Woodworks mod is installed, stonecutter recipes for short wooden doors are now replaced with Abnormals Sawmill.
  • Added tall and short Brimwood doors, part of Regions Unexplored compat.
  • Updated Regions Unexplored cypress and willow door textures.
  • Changed compats for Jacaranda, Redbud, and Cypress short and tall doors to use Horizons.
  • Short doors should now be properly flipped on placement when right-clicking directly on wall.
  • Removed the unnecessary and unused LootTableJsonCompats java file.
  • (2.3.4_1) Fixed crash if Dramatic Doors is the only mod installed, or if Vanillaesque compat pack isn't enabled.

Another round of update for Dramatic Doors on Minecraft 1.19.3 and also the final update for Dramatic Doors on 1.19.3.

  • Added support for 6 more mods, ported from mod versions 2.1.8 and 2.1.9.

    • Mo' Shiz.
    • ManyIdeas Doors (Mangrove currently not officially supported, currently uncraftable and using placeholder textures. Doors are also flat currently.)
  • Added data gen for block loot table, updated for 1.19.3.
  • As Supplementaries and BlockCarpentry currently aren't on 1.19.3 properly, handled a special case scenario where if the mods do update, fence gate waterlogging will turn itself off. This will be changed if those mods get updated.
  • Ported the following changes and fixes.
    • Made door and fence gate waterlogging work in both dev and production environment.
    • Crimson and Warped Chipped Doors can no longer be used as furnace fuel.
    • Added ManyIdeas Door compat to list of double door compats.
    • When Double Doors compat is enabled, villagers will now open both doors.
    • Adjusted Pokecube tags.
    • Tweaked tall doors to possibly stop 'dancing' doors if a door is set to tick randomly.
    • Fixed the game crashing when zombies with CanBreakDoors try to check for tall doors.
    • Fixed a bug where tall doors wouldn't drop if supporting blocks are broken when waterlogged.

    • When Statement is installed, it will use enhanced compatibility for waterlogging doors and fence gates.
    • This implementation is wonky. If you see doors missing textures, try F3+T to reload resource pack, disable waterlogging or remove Statement.

    • Added tall version of Bamboo doors of both colour and style as well as store and sliding glass door.

    • You can access the config file dramaticdoors-fabric.properties to turn waterlogging on or off.
    • Due to Supplementaries being not on 1.19.3 yet, the compat is temporarily disabled.
  • Update door block textures for Ad Astra and Ecologics from Forge version for parity.
  • Added tags to Charm doors.
  • Fixed a crash from zombies with CanBreakDoors trying to check tall doors.
  • Somewhat improved logic for villagers opening doors to make them less likely to get stuck inside.
  • (Dev environment) Switched the mod mappings from Yarn to Parchment. It initially required changing the code but this will make maintaining both versions a bit easier.
