A few minor GUI changes

  • Changed some toasts to reflect the 1.14 Texture Update and added a missing one
  • Made the highlighting in the GUI more consistent. Buttons with text highlight green and buttons with icons highlight green and are lowered a bit, as if they were pressed
  • Added compatibility for the Entity Texture Features mod, making the button in the resource pack menu fit in with the rest of the GUI
