Tinkerer's Smithing

Migrate data generation from python to fabric DataGen - this should make it easier to add new recipes soon. (tridents bows fishing rods spears leather chainmail)

Also removes the wooden -> golden tools upgrade path - figured nobody was using that, might add it back later.

Still relies on that theoretical version of NBT crafting. There's a 1.19.2 version here though.
