The Desolator 1.5

Added the Fissile Cylinder. It is now required to craft the desolator.
- Other recipes were also slightly altered.

Fixed issues with the Irradiated effect.
- Being attacked will no longer poison entities if they are immune to radiation.
- Fixed the functionality of giving irradiated to entities you hit, and to entities that hit you, while you have irradiated. It did not work properly before, but now it does.
