The Aether: Redux

This is a rather large patch, adding and fixing various things.

CHANGELOG:

• All items have been moved into base aether creative tabs
• Added mutation-colored textures for the blight to the Classic Nature built-in pack
• Blighted Aether Grass Blocks can now be flattened and tilled
• Fixed translation key for Blightwillow Leaves
• Made Blightwillow Leaves drop Blightwillow Saplings
• Added unfinished Blight biome option to the Experiments tab of the Create World screen
• Slightly tweaked the color pallete of the Spirolyctil
