No Mining Cooldown
Fixes the client-side block breaking delay; this feature is toggleable with the key bound to "Toggle Mining Cooldown" under miscellaneous.
Important Note
Some servers disallow the usage of this mod and have the right to punish appropriately; please refrain from using this on said servers.
