A Man With Plushies

Changes & fixes:

• Added an option to the config file to disable the spawn of rats.

• You now need mossy cobblestone in the center to make the ######## #####.

• All advancements obtained by having plushies in your inventory are now triggered when picking up an item, rather than (stupidly) checking for them every tick.

I haven't reworked the system that handles the "Get All Plushies"(a.k.a. "Plushie Enjoyer") advancement, so this is only a half-improvement, I will properly fix that when I have the time!!
