Changelog

Added some sparks when near a pokeloot with no loot so you can tell if you are near one or not;
Added a way for players to get an armorstand that when placed on the ground will spawn a pokeloot of one of the 3 balls;
Changed the timer function to be more user friendly and easier to tweak;
Changed the hiddengrotto aspect;
Changed the namespace from "cobblemon_pokeloot" to "pokeloot" for easier command running;
Changed all spawn loot functions to spawn only 20 pokeloots to avoid lag;
Minor bug fixes and improvements;
